Account ID: Account ID from Firebase database (accounts/{accountId}/branches/...)

Branch Name:

Layout Type: Ultra Wide and Split optimized for 1920 x 500 displays. Split shows counter on left, now serving on right.

Counter/Screen ID: Counter ID for display and filtering. Also used as Screen ID to sync screen status with Firebase (branches/{branch}/screens/{screenId})

Duty Status Check Interval (seconds): How often to check for screen status (5-60 seconds)

Device Code:

Unique device identifier used to track online status in Firebase. Share this code to link with device MAC address.

Screen backend URL (optional):

Firebase: leave blank to call /api/… on the same origin as your hosted app (see firebase.json Hosting rewrite). Override only for a different API host.

Screen backend API key (optional): Paste the API key from your Firebase Extension setup (or from

firebase functions:secrets:set
              SCREEN_API_KEY

). Must match the secret on the screenApi Cloud Function.

CMS (branch & screens)

Open CMS admin — staff UI for messages, screen on/off, agents, screenshots, telemetry (same API key).

Backend heartbeat interval (seconds): How often this device reports online status (device code, screen ID, app version) to the backend.

Custom Message Display:

Normal (Show "COUNTER OPEN") Custom Message Database (from Firebase)

Custom Message: Uses message from settings field. Database: Uses message from Firebase branch document. Message will be displayed in the full area (including "NOW SERVING" section) when off duty. Animations will be stopped.
